- NEW FEATURE ADDED - MEETING ROOMS for the teachers
- Now you can already create the teachers' timetable grid and at the same time plan possible meetings they must hold weekly.
- It serves as an example for organizing class councils, lesson planning and any other activity that consumes 1 or more lesson-hours of the teacher and that prevents them from being elsewhere during that time.
- To create the meeting room, just go to Step 4, click on new class group and choose the MEETING ROOM option. Add the topics / subjects / activities freely to the room.
- Then go to STEP 5 and add the topic / subject / activity for each teacher who must mandatorily participate.
- Easy Timetable will automatically place all the teachers participating in the meeting in the same room at the same time.
