- NEW FEATURE ADDED - REUNION ROOMS to professors
- Now youcan create the schedule grid of the professors and plan at the same time possible meetings that these should do on a weekly basis.
- It is needed to mount the class councils, lesson planing and other activities that take 1 or more hours-classroom from the professor and that unables it to be in other place in that exact time.
- To create the meeting room, just go to step 4, click in new room and choose the option MEETING ROOM. Add the themes / subjects / activities freely to the classroom
- Next, go to STEP 5 and add the theme / subject / activity to each professor that should participate obligatorily.
- Easy Schedule will automatically allocate all the participant reunion professors in the same classroom in the same schedule.
