- NEW MULTI-WEEK SYSTEM
- In response to requests from our users, we created a new method for schools that have class groups in the same turn but that start at different times or have breaks of different duration or start time.
- It is possible to create several versions of the same turn with different durations, breaks and start times Each version of a turn can be assigned to a different class group that will operate under that definition.
- Easy Timetable will respect the schedules of the teachers who will be assigned to the class groups with different versions of the turn, not allowing schedule clashes.
- To create a different version of your week, go to step 2 and define your main week, then click the "+ ADD +" tab on the vertical bar on the left side of the defined week to add a new version different from the main week. If there is more than one week definition in your schedule, Easy Timetable will ask you to specify which definition to use for each class group in step 4.
